To ensure a safe and high-quality stay while protecting your privacy, please carefully read our hotel accommodation guidelines. Additionally, in response to global trends and in compliance with the government’s Tobacco Hazard Prevention Act, our facility is a completely non-smoking environment. Ashtrays are not provided in the guest rooms. For your health and well-being, we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to this policy.

Accommodation Guidelines:

1. Familiarize yourself with the location and direction of your room and emergency exits to ensure a swift evacuation in case of an emergency.
2. Insert your room key card into the power slot to maintain electricity. When leaving, remove the key card and take it with you. Please return it to the front desk upon checkout.
3. A flashlight is provided in the bedside cabinet for emergency use.
4. The use of any cooking appliances is strictly prohibited.
5. Do not dry clothes on lighting fixtures or lampshades.
6. Gambling, playing mahjong, making excessive noise at night, using illegal substances, or engaging in any unlawful activities are strictly prohibited. Any damage caused must be compensated at full value.
7. Firearms, hazardous materials, or any prohibited items are not allowed on the premises.
8. Smoking, bringing pets, small animals, or durians into the hotel is strictly forbidden. A cleaning fee of NT$10,000 will be charged if violations are found.
9. In compliance with government regulations, condoms are available upon request by pressing the "Front Desk" button.
10. Ensure that your room door is securely locked before sleeping.
11. To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing other guests.
12. For your convenience, housekeeping services are available from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you do not require cleaning, please inform the front desk in advance or switch your room indicator to “Do Not Disturb.” Housekeeping services will not be provided after 4:00 PM.
